1. Basic

This website has been created and is operated by Face of City s.r.o. (Ltd). We act as an intermediate between hotels and clients in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by hotels. Although we do our best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information. Weddingshotels is booking agent only, assiting you with selecting and booking your hotel. You will pay directly at the hotel. Any reservations made at short notice (ie within less than 24 hours of arrival) may not yet be processed by the hotel upon arrival. In this case please call us (more information bellow). Actual costs payable are either in Euro or CZK. Indicative alternative currency rates are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation.

2. Privacy

We use high ethical standards and respect your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

3. Credit card guarantee

Once the availability of your requested accommodation is confirmed, hotels require credit card details in order to finalize the booking process and to secure a cancellation fee from you if you do not adhere to our cancellation policy. Your credit card information will be sent to the reserved hotel. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your stay at the hotel. The credit card information you provide to us is confidential and will ONLY be charged by us if you fail to adhere to our cancellation policies. You will pay for your accommodation directly at your hotel upon arrival or departure (depending on hotel rules). Please note that all credit card details provided must be valid and correct. It is important that you check all correspondence before you arrive at the hotel.

4. Free of charge

Our service is free of charge. Bookings will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the room rate.

5. Change of booking

If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please contact us immediately. Please remember we will have to reconfirm availability and prices with the hotel and you, which may take time. I you do not receive a response to your email sent to info@weddingshotels.com, please contact us via telephone or fax, as we may have not received your booking changes.

6. Cancellation Policy

It is your sole responsibility to inform us of any new or changed requirements including change in arrival time, departure time or cancellation. Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay.
